My kids have been working super hard on their violin pieces for the Spring recital — and drumroll please — here’s the product of their hard work:
I am so proud of them — especially Josie. I want to say, hey world, here’s what intellectual disability looks like. Looks like a super cute kid in a Belle costume playing Beauty and the Beast. Looks like hard work paying off. Of course it’s not perfection, but with just a couple years of lessons in, I’m pretty proud of what they’ve accomplished with their way, way awesome violin teacher. We’ll keep plugging away.
